The President of All.Can Poland Szymon Chrostowski and Piotr Steciwko, member of the initiative and Head of Hospital Pharmacy at Lower Silesian Oncology Center presented the project at the session of XXIII National Meeting of Oncology Pharmacy. The presentation was followed by the discussion of participants who shown their support to implement recommendations of the project.
